I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure my pet is fully vaccinated, healthy, and free of injuries or wounds. If my pet has any concerns, I will inform Peaches Pet.
I acknowledge that all puppies and kittens must be at least 4 months old and have completed their vaccinations, with a one-week waiting period before grooming.
I understand that dogs or cats over the age of 10 may require special consideration during grooming. I will inform Peaches Pet if my pet is a senior, and I acknowledge that they may be more susceptible to stress or health issues. Peaches Pet will take extra care to ensure my senior pet is comfortable throughout the grooming process.

At Peaches Pet, we are dedicated to providing a safe environment for your pets. While we take every precaution to ensure their well-being, I understand that Peaches Pet cannot be held responsible for any illness, injury, or unfortunate loss that may occur while my pet is in their care, unless it results from severe negligence or intentional harm on their part. Peaches Pet prioritises your pet's health and will promptly seek veterinary care if any concerns arise during my pet's grooming.

I understand that grooming can sometimes be stressful for pets, particularly for elderly animals, small pets, or those with special needs. Peaches Pet will do their best to keep my pet comfortable throughout the grooming process.
I acknowledge that minor clipper burns or nicks may occur, especially with matted or neglected coats or if my pet has sensitive skin. Peaches Pet will handle my pet with care to minimize any discomfort.
I am aware that small animals like rabbits and guinea pigs can be sensitive to stress. Peaches Pet will handle my pet with care but cannot be held liable for any stress-related issues that may arise.

While Peaches Pet uses high-quality shampoos and treatments, I understand that my pet may experience skin allergies, and Peaches Pet cannot be held responsible for such reactions.

I acknowledge that pets may be placed in cages for their safety and the effective management of appointments. Peaches Pet will monitor my pet closely to ensure their comfort and well-being during this time.
Peaches Pet reserves the right to refuse grooming services to any pet that displays aggressive behavior, has a history of aggression, or shows aggressive tendencies.
Additionally, we may decline services for pets that are too old or weak to stand comfortably, as well as for those that exhibit signs of contagious illnesses. Examples of such illnesses include, but are not limited to:
- Canine Parvovirus
- Canine Distemper
- FeLV
- Kennel Cough
- Ringworm
- Fleas or Ticks
Peaches Pet's primary concern is the safety and well-being of all pets in their care. If a pet is deemed unsuitable for grooming, Peaches Pet will communicate this decision to me.

I understand that the liability of Peaches Pet is limited to the value of the grooming service provided. This means that in the event of any claim, compensation will not exceed the amount paid for the grooming service.

Peaches Pet may charge additional fees for services such as de-matting, de-shedding, or other special care as needed, based on the specific requirements of my pet.

By allowing my pet(s) to participate in the grooming session, I give my permission for Peaches Pet to take photographs and/or videos of my pet for promotional purposes. These images will remain the property of Peaches Pet.
