My pet is in good health, fully vaccinated, and free from open wounds or contagious conditions. I will inform Peaches Pet of any health concerns or injuries.
I understand that grooming carries some risks, especially for elderly pets, small animals, or those with matted coats or sensitive skin. While Peaches Pet will always handle my pet with care, minor issues such as clipper nicks, skin irritation, or stress may occur.
Additional charges may apply for special grooming needs such as de-matting, de-shedding, or if an aggression fee is required due to unexpected aggressive behaviour.
For safety and scheduling purposes, my pet may be placed in a secure holding area, which may include a clean cage or being secured on a leash to a mounted hook before or after grooming.
Peaches Pet reserves the right to decline grooming if my pet shows signs of aggression, severe anxiety, contagious illness, or is too frail to stand or be groomed safely.
I understand that Peaches Pet’s liability is limited to the cost of the grooming service provided.
I give permission for Peaches Pet to take photos or videos of my pet for promotional use, unless I inform them otherwise.
