Credits can be used for all grooming, spa, and treatment services unless stated otherwise. However, transport fees are not included under any package and will be charged separately to the driver on each trip.

Yes! Credits can be applied toward add-ons such as de-matting, de-shedding, dental scaling, or ala carte services like nail clipping and nail filing; giving you more flexibility to pamper your pet.

Each package comes with a fixed validity period — 6 months for Silver, 12 months for Gold, and 18 months for Platinum.

To ensure you enjoy your full benefits, please plan your bookings before the expiry date. Unused credits after expiry will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

We understand life happens. While packages can’t be paused, do let us know if there are special circumstances, we review exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions may be made for special cases such as pet illness or personal emergencies, as long as we’re informed before the expiry date. We’ll be happy to extend the validity up to your next appointment. After that session, any remaining balance or unused credits will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
