Service Description
Dogs have two small oval-shaped sacs on either side of the anus. The purpose of the glands is to produce a fluid with a strong odour (very pungent and fishy smell) unique to each dog. It’s believed that the expression of a small amount of this fluid marks territory. Most dogs can also involuntarily express their anal sacks when they are fearful or become stressed. Many dogs will go through their lifetime without any issues with their anal glands. There are times, however, when these glands can become full.

A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you exceed this time, your appointment may be rescheduled or subject to a late fee. 2. Grooming Duration The duration of a grooming session depends on the type of service, pet size, breed, and coat condition. On average: Small breeds & short-fur medium breeds: 2-3 hours Long-fur medium breeds & large breeds: 3-4 hours We will provide an estimated completion time upon drop-off. 3. Last Pickup Time & Late Fees Last pickup time is 6:00 PM, with a 15-minute grace period until 6:15 PM. After this, a late pickup fee of $15 per 15 minutes will apply.
